Mindfulness Seminar
Please join us (Beth Young, Robyn Mons, and Gwen Bristol) as we share our expertise about creating a relaxed, celebratory way of life through conscious eating, rejuvenating sleep, and mindful living. Invite your friends and family members to register and come with you—because we could all use a little more C.A.L.M. in our lives! This discovery and celebration of the great C.A.L.M (C-onnection, A-wareness, L-iberation, M-indful) will include: a sound bath provided by The Balanced Stone practitioners; training on conscious eating, guidance on developing rejuvenating sleep, cultivating mindful living resources; goal setting and journaling; fun door prizes; qigong and tai chi instruction and transformational meditation to assist you in focusing on and embracing your C.A.L.M. goals. Early-bird pricing is just $40 per seat. After 12:00 PM on July 22nd, prices rise to $50 per seat. We are limiting this seminar to only 45 seats and they are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.”
