We currently have a quarterly series to facilitate a growth mindset for honoring our mind and body one simple change at a time. Additional healthy living seminars are anticipated later this year..
We are happy to offer a variety of options to receive our services.  We can travel to our customer’s location; create an event at a local event center or present using webinar resources.
We find that our attendees are best served by learning from both our expertise and collaborating with other attendees. Therefore, we find a minimum of 20 attendees will best serve that purpose.
If we come to your location, we need to be able to connect to audio/visual that supports both power point and have a microphone.
We are more than willing to travel out of State to share our expertise. We would just need your assistance in facilitating travel and lodging resources in your area.

For in-person sessions, we require standard audio/visual capabilities and a microphone system for larger groups. We're available for both local and out-of-state events, with travel arrangements to be coordinated for distant locations.
