Whole Body Alignment Coaching
Do you really want to be free from the things that hold you back both physically and emotionally? With our coaching you'll overcome your personal obstacles and rebuild your relationship toward health itself, easily and naturally, and without restrictive diets or exhausting workouts. Together, you'll work with each component of your health and the results you’re getting to change your life for the better. You will be freed from old habits and mindsets as we help you adopt and incorporate what you learn so you can start looking, feeling, and living the way you were meant to.

Bringing Resilience
to Our Youth
Resilience is taught through the Learning to BREATHE program. It is a research-based program that has helped thousands of adolescents across the country reduce stress, improve attention, manage emotions and practice healthy habits of mind and body. This mindfulness program is structured around six themes that form the acronym BREATHE, and each theme has a core message. (The BREATHE core lessons are Body, Reflection, Emotions, Attention, Tenderness, Healthy Mind Habits & Empowerment.) This 6-session course will bring new awareness and skills to our youth as they develop critical skills at a pivotal time in their life that will serve them through teens and adulthood.

Life can be kind of tough…sometimes. Yet we see people who have gone through some really tough challenges and they seem to bounce back. That’s because they are using the skills of resilience. Would you like to learn how to reduce stress and grow resilience?

Tai Chi for Life
We offer a variety of Tai Chi classes that include Beginning Tai Chi, Tai Chi for Life, Energy 1 and 2, Sun 73, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention and more.
